Star stitch fingerless mitts

This pattern uses both tunisian crochet and standard crochet. These mitts are soft and warm and the star stitch row adds interest to the design. Left and right mitts are the same, but right mitt has to have the longer tunisian crochet section done first so the seam can be on the inside of the hand and the star stitches can be going in the same direction as the left. Both the edging at the top and the thumb are optional.
