Happy with fast delivery. Disappointed in packaging, result was dirty yarn.

Disappointed. Most of my order (22 skeins of yarn) was just thrown in a large plastic bag loosely so had plenty of room to roll around; when it got to me (from UK to AUS) a lot of it was undone and more than a few skeins were dirty where the plastic bag had been ripped in transit. There were 2 small mesh bags inside the large plastic bag, holding 4 skeins each, that stayed clean and unravelled, but the remaining 14 skeins were worse for wear. :( The delivery was faster than I expected, so that...
