The gauge for this pattern is:

36 sts and 40 rows = 7” wide and 8” long in pattern AFTER blocking.

The Aurelia Ponchette is an elegant and sheer piece that is knitted sideways. You are going to make 2 identical rectangles, which are later seamed at the sides using the mattress stitch.

The stitch pattern used is called Feather and Fan.

You will notice that the CO edge and the BO edge will curve ever so sweetly.
