Whether you you use three, two or just one color of yarn, this fun, twirly skirt is a joy to knit! Pattern provides measurements for two doll size ranges, but is really easy to modify by adding or subtracting rows to the tiers to adjust for your doll's inseam. bet you can't make just one!
