OMG - the kids love these toys, especially the Unicorns. I must have made 6 by now. I did one for my Granddaughter and then they all wanted one - only unicorns mind you (they all want a unicorn!) I think it's the variety of costumes/outfits they like. They LOVE dressing them up. They swap the outfits among themselves too but I had to do 2 superhero costumes because my Step-Grandaughter refused to take it off her unicorn and let her sister put it on hers! Each unicorn I make has the essentials - a pair of knickers (for dignity) and a face mask (for safety). I've made so many of the outfits (a few pics attached) but there are still loads on the website to try (knitables.com). I have adapted some of the patterns such as the Nurse's uniform (her Mum's a nurse so I had to make it look like her) and I've made hooves, horns, tails and manes in gold, silver, rainbow colours (I can't get on with the fluffy wool in the pattern) but it does make each one a little different.
