Start this cowl length wise and then add perpendicular rows. A self- patterning yarn does all the colorwork for you.

Materials Fair Isle Kodiak Space Dye yarn (100% wool, 3.5 oz/100 g/157 yd/144 m) – 1 skein in 550 River, or approximately 146 yd (133.5 m) in any medium weight yarn.

US Size 9/5.5 mm straight knitting needles, or size needed to obtain gauge.

Yarn needle.

Gauge 18 sts = 4” (10 cm) in pattern. Exact gauge is not critical for this project.
