Notes:

1. This pattern was created with the beginner in mind, there are no complicated stitches: SC, HDC, post stitches
2. This pattern is written in US terms for the right-handed crocheter
3. This pattern contains 4 sizes:
4. XS- toddler (1-3)- fits head circumference up to 17”
5. S- child (3-5) – fits head circumference up to 18”
6. M- child (6-12) – fits head circumference 20”
7. This pattern was tested with Red Heart Super Saver yarns only
8. Gauge using HDC and size “I” (5.50 MM) hook: 12 rows= 4”, 14 sts= 4”
9. Chains at beginning of rounds do not count in stitch count
10. Stitches in brackets are repeated by number of times following the bracket
11. Numbers in parentheses at end of rounds indicate total stitch count for round
12. Written pattern is 12 pages and incudes full color, step-by-step, photo tutorial
13. Finished product: wash in cold or luke-warm water, tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry
