The Ziemas Hat

This hat is a beautiful quick knit that has a Latvian Braid at the brim and detailed colorwork up the hat. Knit with a DK weight yarn (used Hobbii Amigo in the sample) it is not too heavy but will still keep your head warm.

Check your gauge, if you find that you are a tight colorwork knitter, consider going up a size needle. The pattern is done in multiples of 24.

Skill Level Needed: Intermediate. Working in the round, reading charts, Latvian Braids.
