Product Description
Meet our cutest Teddy Bear ever. They're cute, cuddly, easy to hold and very, very lovable. This pattern supplies directions for making our Teddy Bear stuffie as well as offering an alternate tummy pattern with a heart on it's chest to add just that little bit extra love if you so choose.
This Teddy Bear is suitable for intermediate level knitters and assumes an understanding of basic stitches, short rows, and standard knitting terms. Our Teddy Bear is knit flat and sewn together using a mattress stitch.
You will need approximately 55 m of medium weight brown (B) coloured yarn and 1.5 m of medium weight white (W) coloured yarn for the alternate heart. With this yarn, use 4 mm (US size 6) needles. You will also need a small amount of black yarn to stitch the face, stuffing (we use polyfil or wool) and a tapestry needle to sew your teddy bear together. This will let you create a teddy bear that’s approximately 18 cm (7 inches) in height.
