Simple Dolls

These simple dolls, first knitted in the round on size US 8 double-pointed needles, then felted in your washing machine, are perfect for babies or toddlers, as there are no extra pieces or parts if you don't want them! You choose skin color, outfit color and facial features. The pattern includes instructions for all three sizes, plus the dog and cat. There are so many possibilities! Also included are suggestions for attaching hair and simple embroidery stitches. Felt them lightly for a bigger doll with a bigger head or leave them in the washer longer for a tighter felt (and a little smaller) doll. Leave the dolls unstuffed for great little finger puppets! Knit up a whole city in an afternoon!
