Sid is an 11 inch (28 cms) Snowman knitted in DK yarn with a snug scarf and bobble hat to keep him warm He has a little gift sack also knitted in DK yarn measuring 5 x 4 inches (13 x 10 cms) which can be filled with sweets or a small gift

Gauge not important but if you are a loose knitter you may want to come down a needle size
