Rose Petal 3-Tier Skirt

Crochet this cute little skirt for your little girl! Pattern is made to measure and includes a standard size chart for waist circumference and skirt length for sizes 1-8 years. You could easily make this for a bay or older girl also...or even in a ladies size!

Ruffles are created using a "rose petal crochet" technique, which is similar in effect to a crocodile stitch, but much easier to work and creates a more delicate look of layered shells.
