Ridgeline Sweater

The Ridgeline Sweater is a relaxed V-neck sweater worked seamlessly from the top down. It features saddle shoulders, simultaneous yoke/sleeve construction and a distinct seamless line running the length of each sleeve. There's no pick up join or seam at the top of the sleeves; it just flows directly from the yoke which makes for a really fun and interesting knit.

Knit it in a single strand of 8 ply, or hold 4 ply together with laceweight mohair for a softer finish.

Saddle strips are worked first, then joined to work the yoke and sleeves as one piece down to the underarms in the round. The body and sleeves are then worked separately. To finish, stitches are picked up around the neckline to knit the neckband.

Designed to be worn with approx 15-35 cm / 6-14" of positive ease at the bust, depending on your fit preference. For a classic look, choose a size with less ease; for a more dramatic, oversized silhouette, choose a size with more ease.
