The block is worked in the round and always from the front, using colour changes and a range of basic stitches to create the design. Included in the PDF download are step by step photos and detailed written instructions.
The pattern is written in UK terminology, with a conversion chart to US terms at the top of the pattern.
Beginner: there’s nothing particularly difficult here, though it might be a little fiddly in places. Instructions for special stitches are at the top of the pattern.
You’ll need: DK/8 ply yarn, 4mm crochet hook, yarn needle.
