Pirate bookscarf

This bookmark is also suitable for double knitting beginners. It's a simple and small pirate and bones pattern and looks like a pirate flag in black and white.

You only need yarn leftovers. Some 12 to 15 g 4-ply sock yarn will do. And as it's a quick knit it will also make a special last minute gift.

Note: you can also use this chart (then just leave out the last stitch no. 13) for a Fair Isle project. Then you have a nice 12-stitch chart that can be used for small projects like hats, scarves, mitts and socks.
