Inspired by the women of the musical Rent, this day-to-night top looks like a plain shell under your blazer at the office. Joanne had to dress for the office as a lawyer, but she certainly knew how to have fun with Maureen after work. Come closing time, toss that blazer aside and show your true colors - whatever color that may be is up to you. Rent came out when I was in high school and had a huge affect on young, theater-geek me. My sweet 16 gift was tickets to go see the first US tour in Boston; I’ve seen it at least 10 times since then.
