Product Description
This is a robust bag designed for everyday use. It has reinforcement in the base and the sides and a magnetic closure. Instructions are included for adding a lining.
The bottom is worked in rows then stitches are picked up around the base to work the body in the round. The pattern uses two strands of yarn throughout with varying combinations to give the ombre effect. As well as a pair of wooden handles, a thin crocheted handle can be used to keep the bag on the shoulder.
You Will Need 3 x 10g balls in each of 5 shades of Scheepjes Catona Cotton,A pair of wooden handles approx. 20cm x 6 cm - available at coolwool,net1 sheet of plastic mesh for reinforcement Half a fat quarter of fabric to line the bag (optional) A sewing needle and thread to attach the lining (optional) A tapestry needle to weave in ends and attach the handles.
