Mini Chicken

This cute little chicken takes just 33m of DK yarn to knit and tiny amounts of the red and orange.

If you don't knit the base she can be an egg cosy with her little legs dangling over the egg cup.

I used two 4mm beads for her eyes but you could just embroider two french knots instead.

This chicken is available as a kit.

There is an errata for the pattern:

Tail Feathers (make 3 - 5) Using DK yarn and 4mm knitting needles cast on 6 sts. Cast off. Sew in one end of yarn and use the other to sew to the chicken’s tail.
