Design Features and Construction Method

Linnutee is constructed using a top-down approach with a round yoke, a popular modern knitting technique that allows for seamless construction and easy customization of length. Notably, the design eliminates short row shaping, a deliberate choice that allows gradient colors to flow evenly throughout the yoke and body without interruption, ensuring the color transitions remain smooth and unbroken.

All sizes maintain consistent yoke depth of either 13, 16, or 18 cm depending on size, with armhole depths ranging from 25 cm to 39 cm to accommodate various proportions.

Yarn and Material Specifications

Linnutee is designed for 4-ply yarn weight, a medium-weight yarn that provides excellent stitch definition and drape for a finished tee. The sample garment was knitted using:

• Main Colour (MC): Mondial Primavera in blue-purple, 150g
• Contrasting Colour (CC): Drops Safran in petrol, 100g
