Sizing: This garment is intended to be worn with 2” negative ease for a close fit. It features a hi-low hem, cropped body and double-layer turtleneck.
Yarn: Any DK weight yarn. Sample knitted using J’adore Fibers Luminous DK (DK weight, 70% Superwash Merino, 30% Silk, 100g/210 meter/230 yards in Caicos (MC) and Hydrangea Garden (CC)
Construction: Light Me Up is a sleeveless crop top with a ribbed split hi-lo hem and the body knit in the round in a slip-stitch colourwork design. Front and back are worked separately from armhole to neck and rejoined for a double-layer turtleneck.
Special techniques: Casting on, knitting in the round, knitting flat, slip stitch colourwork, putting stitches on hold, binding off, ribbing, whipstitching
