LadyBug Lil

This is a cute pattern for a girls jacket and matching beret. The jacket is knitted in 5 pieces and stitched together, then a moss stitch band is added using circular needles for reduced seaming.

You will need 2 ladybug buttons and a 10cm piece of ribbon to finish it off.

The pattern has 5 sizes:

• 0-6months
• 6-12 months
• 1-2 years
• 3-4 years
• and 5-6 years

The spots are made using crochet applique pieces and are not knitted in. A graph is provided if you wish to duplicate stitch the spots rather than crochet.

The pattern takes • 50g balls of red C1 (8ply or DK weight) 3 ( 4,5,6,7 ) • 50g balls of black C2 (8ply or DK weight) 1 (1,1,2,2)
