The Pattern will instruct you on how to Knit my original Chicken Christmas Ornaments, and I have included lots of photos to help you along the way!
The Chickens measure 3 inches tall, and 3.5 inches from tail feathers to beak.
This is a knit version of my best-selling Crochet Chicken Christmas Ornaments
Materials needed:
Worsted Weight yarn:
Main Color- approximately 30 yards for chicken body and wings
Beak- yellow or orange yarn
Crop- red yarn
Eyes- scrap of black or grey yarn
Scarf/Bonnet yarn
Poly-fill stuffing
1 Pair- size 4 (U.S.) Straight knitting needles
Yarn Needle

Techniques:
K2tog Knit 2 stitches together
Kf&b Knit in the front and the back of that stitch (increase.
Knit Stitch
Purl Stitch
Casting on
Casting off
