Avoid cotton yarns.
Not impressed with makeup of wool. Cotton seems tricky to knit. Stocking stitch is a bit dull. After 3.tries finally found a pattern that looks better Will not be buying this product again!

My other favourite yarn, cotton soft, is perfect for baby gifts, washes well, and maintains its softness. Have used often, and am never disappointed.

Excellent choices of yarn
I bought colour 2876 (pixie) I’ve used this cotton before and it didn’t disappoint, first time for this colour but it looks good
the yarn is very good value and quality. One or two of the patterns purchased over the past year or so have been quite difficult to understand. I have been knitting and crocheting for 65 years so was able to understand what to do.
Lockdown lifesaver
A lovely soft double knitting that knits up in stripes . It is very economical comes in huge 100g balls currently knitting a cot blanket only used 4 balls . Check tension used 4mm needles but think I could have used 3.75.mm .
