Product Description
These elegant, fingerless mittens are worked entirely in slip stitches, using the back loop only slip stitch. The cable is worked horizontally - a technique that I invented.
The pattern includes written instructions and step-by-step picture tutorials for horizontal cables and for an invisible seam. It has symmetrical right hand and left hand cable patterns. You can also work the mittens with classical cabling (as the green ones in the photos).
skills needed: You should be comfortable with back loop only slip stitches.
skills learned: You will learn horizontal cables in back loop only slip stitch and how to do an invisible seam with a darning needle.
The pattern is available in English and German.
