Yoke decreases are incorporated into the lacy detail at the collar.

Finished Measurements and sizes:  Sizes:  Infant’s: 3m, 6m, 9m, 12m, 18m, to fit a chest measurement of 17, 18, 18.5, 19, 19.75 inches  Children’s: 2y, 3y, 4y, 5y, 6y, 7y, 8y to fit a chest measurement of 20.5, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27 inches.

Dress is designed with ~10% positive ease (about 1.5-3 inches, depending on size). For a more closely fitting dress, choose a smaller size and adjust the length of the stockinette section.
