Product Description
The Fernando Tank Sport is a sporty twist on the original Fernando Tank! It features irregular ribbing up the sides on both the front and the back, with stockinette panels on the center front and back. This pattern includes sizes XS-3XL. It is recommended for adventurous beginners and beyond. The Fernando Tank Sport uses a worsted weight yarn. Jody Long Coastline is HIGHLY recommended, but not necessary. Coastline is a cotton and linen chainette style yarn that is structured yet cool enough to enjoy on long summer days.
This top is designed to fit with between -2 and -4 inches of negative ease. If you would like less or more negative ease, size up or down, respectively. There is no bust or waist shaping in this pattern. The length of the top below the armholes is customizable. The armhole is designed to be fitted, but adjustments are noted in the pattern if you would prefer a larger armhole. The Old Norwegian cast on is recommended, but not required.
