Feathered Owl Amigurumi

This Feathered Owl Amigurumi pattern can be made with any size yarn to make different sizes. You will need a hook size suited to your yarn size and another half a size or one size smaller to add the feathers. Using DK/light worsted yarn with a 4mm and 3.5mm hook will produce an owl approximately 9cm tall, Chunky/bulky yarn with a 6mm and 5mm hook - approx. 12cm tall. This pattern is written using US terms with a chart included to convert into UK terms. Photographs are used throughout to help with instructions.

You will need: 3 colours of yarn - less than 100g ball of each colour 2 crochet hooks, 1 suited to yarn size and 1 smaller by 0.5-1 size Safety eyes / black & eye colour yarn / or buttons Toy stuffing (polyester fibre stuffing) A stitch marker Yarn needle Scissors
