Elephant and Hippo Summer Set

Summer is all about fun outdoor activities and our little friends are ready for it. Elephant and Hippo love to go to the beach and play in the sand, so they made sure to bring all their favorite toys with them. While the elephant builds a sandcastle with her little bucket, the hippo is playing with his beach ball, but he ought to be careful to not destroy the castle!

The pattern is written in U.S. terminology. The main part of this project is worked in rounds so you might want to use a stitch marker to mark the end of each round. There is no specific gauge for this project, just try to keep it tight and even throughout each piece. Elephant and Hippo are worked with the “x” single crochet technique (yarn under, yarn over) using Hobbii Baby Cotton Organic but any similar Fingering yarn will work.
