Product Description
This cute booties and beanie hat set is ideal for a quick-to-knit gift.
The booties are based on the Little Duffers slipper pattern (but adapted for knitting only, no felting) and have a contrast colour Garter stitch sole which curls up around the toes.
Both the booties and hat have k1, p1 and k1, p3 ribbing details.
The pattern is suitable for any baby DK weight yarn.
Pattern sizes cover:
Booties: 7.5 (9, 10) cm / 3 (3½, 4) inch foot lengths
Hat: 35.5 (40, 46) cm / 14 (16, 18) inch circumference
Only a small amount of each colour yarn is needed if knitting the booties only. Ideal for using up a few left-overs.
This pattern is suitable for the advanced beginner. It has M1 increases and directional decreases including SSSK and SSP. These are not hard to do and everything is listed in the abbreviation section of the pattern.
