This pretty beanie/toque style hat is part of The Celtic Medallion Suite, consisting of the hat, a cowl, and fingerless mitts.

It begins with simple ribbing that flows into interlocked cables shaped like a medallion, framing a seed stitch interior.

This is a quick and easy knit that will hold your interest. And since it uses less than 140 yards (128 meters) of a light worsted weight yarn, it’s a great stash buster.

The hat is sized for Small, Medium, and Large, but can also be further adjusted by going up or down a needle size.
