Product Description
The pattern is advanced-beginner to intermediate level. You will need to know how to work stockinette, ribbing and garter stitch, increase (m1), decrease (k2tog, ssk, and s2kp), yarn over, cast-on stitches at the end of a row, pick up stitches, sew seams, and work short rows made with decreases.
Note: the sample was knit with Katia Bamboo. Plymouth Yarn Jeannee Worsted is suggested as a substitute with similar texture and colours.
Turtle Gauge: 5.5 sts and 8 rows per 2.5 cm (1”) in stockinette on 4 mm needles
Size: 22 cm (8½”) tall
Rain Hat and Boots Gauge: 5 sts and 7 rows per 2.5 cm (1”) in stockinette on 4.5 mm needles
