Pennywise

Pennywise is a Tunisian crochet blanket, constructed with 5 continuous panels of 7 blocks each. This project introduces numerous "fabric like' stitch patterns including houndstooth, tweed, herringbone and plaid. I call these projects "croquilts" because they remind me of scrap fabric quilts. The project is worked efficiently, without individual blocks and assembly of the panels is easy. The blanket is finished with a simple crochet border. This project is suitable for a confident beginner and includes many Tunisian tips and techniques. The project was run as a CAL in my FB group, Walker Hollow Designs and participants enjoyed the challenge and learning opportunities. All pattern proceeds are donated to animal rescue groups.
