“Konoha” – meaning “leaves” in Japanese - is a circular yoke pullover featuring a leaf pattern.
It is worked from the top down seamlessly. The yoke is worked in the round with the leaf pattern. Once the leaf pattern is complete, several short rows are worked to raise the back of the neck, then the sleeves are set aside at the underarm. The lower body is worked straight in one piece in the round, in reverse Stockinette stitch worked inside out. Finally, the sleeves are worked top-down in the round in the same manner as the lower body.
