As the weather warms and spring flowers emerge it’s hard not to feel uplifted and inspired. This pretty little shawl is a quick and easy project full of spring inspiration. The pretty lace edge looks like flowers in bloom and the garter stitch body will highlight any pretty colour of yarn. Choose a skein and let the yarn uplift you as the flower motif grows. This sideways shawl is worked from end to end and is a perfect one-skein project. Or, use any amount of yarn you have on hand. This pattern is written for at least one skein of sock/fingering weight yarn. It is shown here in Hedgehog Fibres Sock Yarn in Butter.
