The yarn thickness varied between the different colors I bought. The white was noticeably smaller. The yarn is also very “splitty” and annoying to knit with. It was like the individual plies had NO twist! I returned the yarn that I was going to knit with and kept the yarn I had bought for a weaving project because I had already opened the skeins, but it is not turning out well for that purpose either. Cascade Heritage sock yarn
I have been a fan of Heritage for many years. It wears well, does not itch and is sturdy for 4-ply socks. No holes after the first couple of wears. This price was good and the transaction was excellent all round.
