Product Description
These beautiful fair isle hats are made using 3 skeins of Plump DK. They are fun to make and cleverly decrease at the top to produce a snowflake on the crown. You can have lots of fun with the colours. There is plenty of yarn left to make a pompom (although mine is topped with a pompom made from Plump Superchunky)
The hat comes in two sizes (adult and child)
For both sizes you will need 1 skein in each of 3 colours of Plump DK. Main photo shown in Gooseberry (rib), Pistachio and Pavlova. The pompom is made in Plump (Pavlova) (Second photo shown in Blueberry Muffin (rib), Bon Bon and Pavlova).
You will also need 40cm circular needles in 4.5mm and 5mm and 5mm DPNs for the top.
Plump DK is made from the highest quality superfine merino and baby alpaca andis incredibly soft and warm. It is, however, a standard DK/light worsted weight yarn and is easy to substitute.
