I've gotten dragged into the school Xmas fate. We're running a games stall n need prizes that didn't cost the earth so that we make more profit for the school. All the wool is from DK balls I've already started n the beads are from broken bracelets I never rethreaded. Halfway through baby Amelia came to collect her new mittens whilst we were away up Newcastle n when I got back my container of beads was missing. I made one snowman with the buttons for eyes that looks more like shades, then found my beads in the washing machine 🤣

Thanks! Yeah, I remember my step mum giving our children a snowman each when they were little. They were so cute😃

What a jolly crowd Mags. I love the story of the beads, and what a relief to find them, hopefully before you put the machine on? And also a relief that baby Amelia hadn’t swallowed them.

Yes we discovered them before turning the washer on. That was my biggest worry, if she'd opened them n swallowed any. Luckily the container is hard to open. She has a rainmaker toy that is similar size n sound. She probably thought it was a toy lol!
