I think they look great anyway! But as I commented on your other socks, try combining a solid colour with patterned and you get a more 'uniform' effect? Have a look at my 'first helical socks' last year. Admittedly, I used a solid mid blue which was too close in colour to one of the colours in the variegated sock remnant which limits the effect I think? All these lessons to learn! 😆 I love your red and yellow contrast toes!
Thank you and I’m definitely going to try your suggestion. I have another ball of the Hobbii wool in a different colour, which, in the ball, looks like it would be a micro stripe, but the colour changes are too short. All of these things to try :)

Thank you :) I just thought the yellow and red would lift the beige/grey tones of the main wool
