Another little Noah Cardie
My daughter Roxanne is over staying with me from Australia, her school friend Laura is expecting a new baby grandson in November. Wanted to make a little something for the baby. My favourite go to pattern for a quick, contempory baby cardie knit. Seems to turn out well in any yarn. Very versitile, first time doing the contrast edging, makes a nice change. Just used a ball from my stash this time, a bit on the thick side for a double knit, so cardi a little bit larger. Hopfullly should get a few months wear. Left stitches on needles for back and fronts and worked three needle cast off on shoulders, added each front as I knitted it.

Lovely cardigan, like everyone else I love this pattern it looks beautiful in all colours. Your garter stitch is much neater than mine

Thank you Mary 😊 I’m sure it doesn’t, but thank you anyway 😂 I never find my garter stitch ever looks quite as even as my stocking stitch. But suppose that’s the nature of the stitch, has its own charm. Mind you whenever I see one if Pats own it always looks just perfect 🥰

This is lovely Jean, I love the contrast edging! 💙 This has long been one of my favourite cardi' designs, made for both of my grandsons. We have another grandson due in the new year, so I will be making more now too! ☺️
