"I made this for Baby Grandson Jude"

Have already made this little suit once and although it came out really well, I think may be too large for Jude at present. So have knitted it again in 4ply on smaller needles. Wanted a yarn that was easy for my daughter in law to just pop into the washing machine. Thought I would try this one out. Can't say I enjoyed knitting with this yarn, I found it split very easily, not ideal when knitting twisted stitches as for the pattern. Also if you drop a stitch it goes down a few rows very quickly, then is not easy to pick up because of the splitting. Also it is very thin, my dungarees have come out quite small, though stretchy not sure if they will fit Jude by the time they arrive in Oz 1/7/26 Suit finally arrived in Perth, by luck is actually a perfect fit for Jude at present.

Lovely dungarees Jean, they look so cosy, shame about the yarn splitting and awkward if you lose a stitch, I have used life lines after knitting a section just in case I lose a stitch on something difficult to find and secure. Hope they are a perfect fit, so your newest grandson can enjoy wearing both his dungarees sets 😍🥰💕

Thank you Maria 😊x Yes my daughter uses life lines a lot, I used them on an after thought heel I did, made it so much easier and no fear of loose stitches. Definitely worth it with those yarns that go down rapidly if you drop a stitch. Both sets if dungarees still in transit, ✈️Australian post seems very slow !! 😂 🤞will still fit when arrive, babies grow so quickly! xx
