Winter Snowflakes - mosaic crochet square

This features beautiful softly floating snowflakes on a solid background - the sample image uses sparkly Big Twist Twinkle yarn in white for the snowflakes to give that added sparkle! This square is perfect for Christmas & Winter decor projects such as blankets, pillows, satchel bags, placemats, etc.

This pattern includes a fully marked chart & written row-by-row instructions.

Any yarn or hook will work, depending on the desired size of the finished square. I used yarn weight of 4 with a 5.5 hook, which creates a square of 13.5” x 13”.

You will need 2 colors of yarn - one for the background, another for the snowflakes, and takes around 2 oz (100 yrds) of each color.

There is also a bonus chart included with repeats to make a table runner or use in a larger blanket.
