Tuscany - Baby’s 8ply ridge stitch beanie

This 8ply baby Beanie has a garter stitch brim and is then worked in a simple ridge pattern. This style of beanie will suit both boys and girls. This cute and easy design is also available in 4ply (see my Trey pattern).

Pattern sizes: 0 (3-6-12) months.

To fit head: 35 (40-45-48) cm [13¾ (15¾-17¾-19) ins].

Yarn required: 1 (1-1-1) ball Lincraft Babysoft 8ply, 100g balls@274m.

Needles required: A pair of 4.00mm [UK 8, US 6] knitting needles.

Wool needle for sewing up.

Tension: 22 sts and 30 rows to 10cm [4 ins] over stocking st, using 4.00mm needles.
