The combination of DK yarns, slip stitches and loads of texture make these socks so squishy and fun to wear. I loved the play of the bright coral Emily colourway with the deep and moody Steel Teal and the slip stitches and changing colours help the socks fly off the needles. Don’t have DK sock yarn? Grab some fingering weight yarn and hold it double to make your socks. I made the large size with 92g of fingering MC and 28g of fingering CC. If this is your first time knitting DK socks, check your gauge and size your needles accordingly.
It is my favourite kind of sock with a little bit of interest but lots of plain knitting that shows off the yarn. Written and charted instructions are included.
