I’m a self taught knitter, for past 4 years and have never made stuffies before. The patterns I purchased for the pterodactyl was easy to follow and I was very happy with the outcome. I must admit I did make a number of wings until I was happy with the outcome. I also stitched a bit of waxed string into the edges of the wings to give them a bit of strength. I would have liked a slightly larger stuffie , I suppose it could have been done figuring out the extra stitch count . I used a different free pattern for the stegosaurs. The only problem I had was how to bring the knitted pieces all together , like sewing on legs and features. I had to google videos to learn how to do this. Perhaps instructional video link could be added to your patterns . I used left over yarn from sweaters I had made for my young grandsons , and now they love their matching stuffies.
