Our pillows see us through the good times and the bad times, but when it's time to say goodbye, what do you do with them? We've teamed up with sleep wellness brand eve sleep to launch the #mypillowupcycle challenge. We want to see what dreamy makes you can create with your old pillows!

Time to craft and unwind

We think sleep is pretty important, raise your hand if you’ve spent too many nights muttering “just one more row” only to realise it’s suddenly the small hours of the morning? That’s where eve sleep comes in. At eve sleep they are committed to helping you get the sleep you need to rise and shine, from campaigning to make sleep a human right, to designing everything from mattresses and pillows to bed frames and sheets all to improve the quality of your snoozing!

You could also win the eve original mattress (in a UK double or king) and two eve pillows with your choice of filling! All from eve sleep.

Dreamy project inspiration

Crafting and getting a good nights' sleep go hand in hand, what better way to quiet the buzz in our brains and wind down after a long day than with some mindful making? Here's our roundup of free relaxing craft patterns to try that will send you off into a restful slumber.

Accessorise your sleep

If getting a good night’s sleep was as easy as laying your head down, we’d all be bright eyed and bushy tailed all the time! But sometimes it takes an eye mask to block out the light, a dream catcher to tangle the nightmares, or for the little ones a sleepy mobile to help them drift off.

Make your bed extra cosy

Luxuriate in your bed by making it extra cosy, we’re thinking big beautiful blankets, cushions for a pop of colour or a cuddly friend to keep you company.

Stitch yourself to sleep

When you just can’t switch off, a bit of stitching before bedtime can send you off into a deep slumber. These dreamy patterns make the perfect project to keep your hands busy while you wind down.
