Zig Zag Socks

With the optional double-knit soles, this is a pair of warm socks! The dark background color enhances the brightness of the variously colored zigzag rings that continue from the leg right on to the toes. Begun with a provisional cast-on, these lovelies can be extended further up the leg or tastefully trimmed with bells and a fringe for that frivolous flourish.

Sizes - for ankles measuring 7.25 (8.5, 10")

Yarn -Fingering weight sock wool, 50g=160 - 200m approx.(12 - 15 wraps per inch). 100g. Main color, 8 x 10g contrasts.
