I just adore this yarn, and have been coming back to it again and again. I haven't knitted it with it yet, but I've used it quite a bit for weaving. It is very strong but also very soft, and the silk and linen content make it lustre and light. The heathered, rustic look shouldn't deceive you, as it is soft. I can see one could also use it doubled for a marled effect
This is a truly gorgeous yarn. It is oh-so-very-soft gorgeous, but also very strong, to the point that weavers out there will be able to use it as warp (as I did). The colours are beautiful too, deep and heathered, conferring the yarn a tweedy look in a pamperingly soft skein. I've bought quite a bit more after trying it!
