Roaming Round Rome Shawl

The Roaming round Rome Shawl is a small shawl/scarf. It was designed for the Pacific Northwest Yarn Crawl Spring 2023 for A Little Knitty, a wonderful local yarn store in here in the PNW.

The shawl has a somewhat unique construction - the bold center triangle is created first, then the middle section is worked along two edges of the triangle. Finally the edging complements the starting triangle to bring the whole thing together. It's a great way to let a variegated yarn shine when paired with a complementary solid color!

You'll need a size F crochet hook and two colors of fingering weight yarn, 100g of one, and 50g of the other. You can easily make this shawl larger with more yarn!
