Cat in the Hat Bowtie and Hat 9-12 months

This is an easy pattern for an adorable Cat in the Hat inspired outfit. Pattern is sized for9-12 months but can be easily adjusted by using thicker/thinner yarn, a bigger/smaller hook, or adding extra/fewer rows/stitches. Hat circumference (inside not at brim) is about seventeen inches. The bow tie is made to be completely adjustable.Hat is worked in the round. Bow tie is across.
