Becoming

I designed Becoming in the year leading up to my 40th birthday. This shawl is a mediation on life and growth and change, as reflected in the life cycle of a flower. It is a contemplation of how each stage in our lives is a celebration of who we have become, yet an acknowledgment that we are always growing, always changing, always becoming.

Pattern is both fully written and has charts for all lace sections.

Dimensions: Shawlette: 52 inches wide by 24 inches deep (132 cm wide by 61 cm deep) Medium shawl: 60 inches wide by 29.5 inches deep (152 cm wide by 75 cm deep) Large shawl: 76 inches wide by 33 inches deep (193 cm wide by 84 cm deep)
